The clinician was very professional and skilled but the place of treatment was totally inappropriate as it was just separated by curtains which offered no privacy. I could hear the next person’s consultation.

Please advise in advance of the type of environment that the consultation would be taking place

I saw a gentleman called Liberty and he was extremely kind and explained everything to me in a clear, easy to understand, professional manner. I was very impressed with the level of care and time given to me.

I was rushed. Clearly not listened to properly as I had to repeat things I had already said.. The therapist by her own admissions tried to ‘cut corners’ by testing my feet reflexes with my woolly socks on! Needless to say this failed and she recognised why ‘cutting corners doesn’t save time’ An xray revealed an issue but the words ‘supposed’ kept being used!? I cannot understand the point of this, I went with a purpose and left even more confused and frustrated.., I’ve another appt next week as we ‘ran out of time’ and I’m dreading it, but if I don’t attend it will set me back

Staff training? The lady I saw was very old school, as much as I appreciate that to an extent, she may just as well have told me to ‘walk it off’ (I’m awaiting double hip replacement… )

Myself and wife had my grandsons that particular day and would like to make a complaint about some of your staff and there incredibly rude and upsetting comments towards 2 well behaved 5year olds.
